Hailing from Rutgers School of Law-Newark, Oscar Pelaez has brought energy and passion to everything he does at PLK. After completing his undergraduate studies at Villanova University, Mr. Pelaez worked in the Recording Industry, and has been able to use that background to better understand the issues surrounding all forms of Intellectual Property. He has been fascinated by the changes in the business models surrounding all content industries in the last decade, from music, to movies, to print, and foresees an era of greater stability and profitability in the near future. Mr. Pelaez prides himself on his contract drafting abilities above all else, greatly appreciating the opportunity it provides him to help others protect their interests and reach their goals.
