She pursued this interest in law school by taking extensive coursework in Intellectual Property and Business Law. She is an avid follower of technological innovations and takes a special interest in the Intellectual Property challenges they invoke. At PLK, Hoque contributes heavily by drafting agreements, registering Intellectual Property and devising creative branding strategies for clients. Her keen writing and lawyering skills coupled with her talent for creative design make her a unique and valuable asset to the office.
“Working at PLK has been a great learning experience. The people in the office are wonderful to work with and provide very helpful feedback. It is especially nice to work on such a wide variety of projects—you can be working on a trademark in the morning and be drafting a major entertainment deal by the end of the day. It’s extremely engaging.”
